Plastema expands

On Thursday, April 1st Plastema acquired another company in Söderköping, named Herobi. Plastema has taken over and is running the business from April 6th already.

Several customer are positive to Plastema’s takeover and the turnover for Plastema will initially increase with approximately 15 MSEK.

The acquisition will give Plastema another 12 injection molding machines between 40 and 500 tons, which means Plastema will almost double their number of machines. Approximately 10 persons extra will be needed within Plastema’s organization. The acquired company is located less than 700 meters from Plastema’s factory.
