Mastec Packaging cuts lead time from 8 to 4 weeks!

Mastec Packaging sets new standards and cuts lead time to half in only 18 months.

While maintaining 100% delivery precision, the CBP30-team has managed to go from eight weeks to four weeks lead time and to implement takt production for the TetraPak CBP30 machines.

Currently Mastec Packaging delivers two CBP30 machines per week to TetraPak.

Today the first machine according to this new standard was shipped from Mastec Stålvall in Partille, Sweden.
